Project Cargo

The Project logistics market consists of providing clients with door-to-door freight logistic services for materials and equipment, through a combination of sea, air, and land transport.

The clients are primarily involved with industrial, real estate, infrastructure, and power and utilities development projects, as well as military and commercial (malls) deployment operations. Often these services require shipments of heavy and oversized equipment. These services tend to have a star and end date and are provided following a successful bidding process. On average, project size exceeds KD 1 million. The key objective is to effectively organize a full logistics process, according to project requirements and deadlines.
